Profile Information

The Profile Information page lets you view and update your basic account details, such as your username and email address.

✏️ Updating Your Profile​

  1. Go to Profile Information
    Open the Account Settings menu and click on Profile Information.

  2. Change your username

    • Must be between 3–50 characters.
    • Can include letters, numbers, and underscores only.
    • Choose a name that helps identify you within your team or projects.

  3. Update your email address

    • Use a valid, active email that you can verify.
    • This is the email used for login and notifications.

  4. Click "Update Profile"
    Once you’ve made your changes, click the Update Profile button to save.

✅ What’s Next?​

After updating your profile:

  • Go to Change Password if you also want to update your login credentials.
  • Set up Two-Factor Authentication for extra account security.
  • Keep your information up-to-date to ensure smooth communication.
